WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! HUGHLY OVERPRICED! Charged me $500+ for chamber change and wanted to tow the truck when I called them! Took them hours to changed it. All the negative reviews are TRUE! The rudest customer service I’ve ever got! AFTER THEY’VE CHARGED, GAVE ME THE CHECK AND TOLD ME TO GO I FOUND OUT THAT THE TIRES WERE LOCKED SO I DAMAGED THE TIRES!

I called this company for roadside service and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude about it leaving me stranded in 15 degree weather, then called again hours later with no other company near me for hours to try and get towed to nearby truck stop. The same man answered the phone and proceeded to ask why I called to bother them, "there's other towing companies to call besides them". Don't ever make these people your first call. You're better off hitch hiking.
