So there is undoubtedly a waiting list so my advice to you is to call them and get her on the list as soon as you can. you will need a lot of personal information such as proof of income proof of residency proof of identification and so forth you also need pictures of the leak to prove that the funding is worth spending on her they will give you all the details when you call. However it's best to have these things prepared and go up there in person it may take more time since you will have to sit there and wait for them to come and talk to you but you'll be able to get things rolling faster that way plus there's paperwork you're going to have to sign take my word for it it's a lot easier just to take the time and take your mother-in-law and yourself down there to talk to them in person.
