They took 3 weeks to deliver a package that was suppose to be here in 2 days because the driver wouldn't come to my house .. lazy and lied about why he wouldn't deliver it.. worst service ever .. go UPS

I work there as a package handler loved it at first then I started to see that managers are more about productivity than safety not to mention the fact that some of the managers are only managers because of favoritism and have no clue how to do there jobs. Plus I witness boxes being thrown everyday. One certain manager has made several of the female workers cry and on one occasion pushed one male worker. They definitely have a knack for driving away good help..... crazy that I've seen all this in just over 10 months of working here.

I am disappointed with them. They delivered my package to my neighbor that I don't get a long with and FedEx said they delivered it and wouldn't investigate, I had to call the police to get my package.

Luckily I have cameras at my residence to prove no packages. I was notified that 2 packages were delivered today. Absolutely nothing was delivered today. Not a single FedEx truck pulled up to my house. Needless to say I’m livid since these packages were for a birthday gift. Good job FedEx.

You can drop off boxes there M-F and Saturday morning ....Don't know about Benton, some Walgreens take them...check FedEx website for locations to drop off
Huh? You should call 1800gofedex. Or find out the terminal the package is at and see what's up. I used to drive for ground
If you have a label printed out yes they will tape it on for you.

I don't know about express in Marion, ground and home are paid by contractors, each one pays different
