Great place to buy tropical fish and supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They've updated all their tanks and they are very nice.

Had an issue with a fish and the manager took care of it for me. Thank you!!

I had an aquarium installed. Paid a lot of money for it. Initial conversation included fish added to what we already have. Owner even looked at old tank when he came for consultation and said most will be able to survive with new fish/tank. That was brushed off after installation no matter how many times I brought up about new fish. Also, I explained why it was a time sensitive arrangement and he said it was no problem accomplishing. After installation I was told fish cannot go into tank for at least a week(which was a process for me to do too). That was never brought up beforehand which was first negative outcome for something that was supposed to be a surprise. Installer told me if water gets cloudy to reach out for help. Water became cloudy and scummy within a week. Kept reaching out to owner that now became hard to get a hold of. The one time he called me he claimed he hasn't received any emails from me since a specific date, but funny thing about that is we were so corresponding AFTER the date he claimed he stopped getting emails. Then he said it needed to go through a cycle or two but if I want to take some water out (that I paid for) and replace it with tap water, or come by the store and buy a bacteria that will fix it, I can. I asked, "does it need to cycle through, or do I empty some water?" And, "why should I have to buy anything from the store to help with installation?" Then he switched it by saying the old fish might have caused it, even though I made it clear this started before the fish were introduced. So he said let it cycle through. It never did. I've been trying to figure this all out on my own since the beginning of July so my father can enjoy his 80th birthday gift. Algae, cloudiness, dead fish... I had to throw out the cheap accessories and In about to completely clean out the tank. Oh and the timer for the lights? Used and never programmed either. Why?

I had a rude experience with the manager the other day. It bugged him a was asking for help and refused me assistance and kept walking away. He had a very annoyed facial expression like I was doing something wrong. I had to walk to and get help from a busy cashier while he was sitting in his chair. 30 min to close guess he had to take bad day out on me. Unprofessional attitude. This store is also uncompetitive with their pricing. $35 for 2" clown loach is profitable not fair. 1.5" clown loach for $12 at pet smart right now.

Just got my saltwater tank setup by them. It's beautiful!! Have to wait 3 days for recycling b4 fish can be applied.
I'm pretty sure they do not carry "mermaid" ornaments... they might be able to order some...
Their inventory rolls over regularly. If they don't have some just ask. They get shipments weekly usually on either Wednesday or Thursday.
Masks
They did when I was there last week.
It's possible. I would call first. Generally they don't give me anything for fish I bring in. But maybe since you just got it?....
They do but honestly as a repeat customer I lately have encountered really dirty tanks, lots of dead fish, the Betta's water was filthy.Absolutely the worse conditions I've seen there. They are either short on staff or something.I didn't purchase anything because it was so bad.Sorry to bash a place I use to rave about but they really need to improve.
They have a variety of different fish at different times. Call and ask; they'll be able to tell you immediately.
