I showed up having 40 mins to get something done and a lady said she wasn't gonna get to me. It was how she put it though that told me how the service is there. So u wasnt able to get my new vehicle to use because they where "too busy" quote unquote. I will never go there again.

I DON'T BELIEVE THEY WILL LET YOU BECAUSE ITS A LEGAL DOCUMENT LIKE YOUR LICENSE. UNLESS THE PERSON PICKING IT UP CAN SHOW THEY HAVE LEGAL GUARDIAN SHIP
