I went one time 2 years agoans had no work done except xrays and cleaning which my insurancecovers annually. Went back recently for appointment to see about a tooth being pulled and I had no clue I had a balance of $113 from 2 years ago. No phone call ever in 2 years and nothing in mail. Never told me about it when I called to schedule my appointment for this time either. I was willing to pay but when I questioned billing charges and ask to call my insurance 1st to see what happened the officer Manger, Kathy was extremely hateful and rude. She even was hateful when I ask where bathroom was. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I left and will not return due to this. No need for it!! FYI ONCE MY INSURANCE CALLS BACK TODAY I AM SENDING ANY BALANCE OWED AND WASHING MY HANDS OF THIS PLACE.

He does he is very good I love him and his group up there I wouldn't go to anyone else. I know he takes that ins. I got both sets of my teeth there a beautiful job. I do have tp go bad and get my bottom ones adjusted just a little bit. I have been going to him for a long time. 4 trips the 4th and last you come home with your teeth they are only open on Thrus.,Fri. , aand Sat's.

Not sure about cost. My insurance covered everything. If you have teeth removed its 1 month after for healing. If teeth already removed could be just 1 week. You can call them Thursday-Saturday
we do not perform root canals Look in your phone book for dental specialist listed as Endodontics-----they do root canals only.
I think they will take a walk-in but it's a long wait time if you do. However they can make same day appoinments normally within an hour of you calling
Dr. Paul doesn't do surgical but he can fix if not surgical or refer you to someone who can.

This office accepts all forms of Illinois Medicaid , most insurances and private pay.
We don"t provide same day dentures------We start the denture process after healing has completed.
Yes Dr Paul dentist take Illinois care Medicaid Medicare and no he does not do any type of anesthesia or gas but I recently had work done and he is awesome I did not feel any pain or have any problems with it

They never been mean to me they always treated me with respect that always did a wonderful job so I don't know what reason they were mean to you what did you do what did you say how did you act get respect and you shall receive respect but if you feel that way pray for them and you will be blessed remember love those who spitefully misuse you and your word and your reward shall be great in heaven.
Thank you Dee!!! I got really screwed over by Familia Dental and now I need to get dentures. Not something I was looking forward to but I only truly trust Dr. Paul and he was the first dentist that starting pulling my teeth before Familia messed my mouth and teeth all up.
