I wish I could gave you 0!!! I hate to write bad reviews but I hope my experience could help someone to not have the same experience NEVER EVER AGAIN! It was my second time using Petco grooming.It was horrible customer service service. I make the appointment three weeks in advance. I asked for the morning off on my job. The only call I recibe was the day before to remind me to bring his vaccines papers. I arrived at my appointment , first it was no one at the desk , I wait over 20 minutes until finally someone assist me .Second , they did not attend me, they said that since I didn’t “confirm” my appointment they gave it to another client! By the end they realized they never called me and excuses that I had arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment so that was why they gave my appointment to someone else !! I waited 20 minutes at the store!!! Are you kidding me!!! That’s so disrespectful !!!! Benji is not coming back never again .

I could tell there were ferrets the moment I walked in. Why is the ultimate pet also the smelliest? Perhaps to deter them from world domination? Perhaps. Too many sad tanks and stressed animals. Not a fan. This company really needs to reinvent itself and fast.

This was my first visit to Groomer at Wake Forest NC . Flannery is a new groomer & she did an amazing job with my Parti-Yorkie! Staff very friendly!! Will definitely go back to see Flannery!!

So I took my dog to the Vetco vet here.had an appointment - only thing that was troubling to me was the fact they had the vet up by the door. Whoever did that was not clearly thinking ! 🤔 But anyways, I went for flea preventative tablets and had no issues with that. The staff were kind and I felt like they heard me out on any concerns I had about my pup.
