I left Texas about a year ago- while I hated 98% of Texas, my nail salon is one of the few things I truly miss. I came here for the “spa experience” they advertised and didn’t receive any of it. I should have read the reviews. I first checked their services for a pedicure- their prices on line don’t match up to what they charge. Of course there is a sign when you leave explaining the rise in costs. But the website should be updated. The tech did not do a good job on my cuticles and I had to point out multiple places that needed addressed before she painted. She really was going to just paint on top. Rough heels were kinda addressed, but not as expected. I’m home, my feet are dry, and cracked. The tech also left the mud mask stuff on the back of my legs, so now it’s on my car seat. Website says complimentary wine- it was never offered. Would have been a nice touch with that “spa experience”… I thought I just had to watch over the tech because she missed so many things that it wasn’t relaxing or enjoyable.
