Terrible! Fraud was committed at this store on my account and I don’t live in Wake Forest nor do I know where this is located. I received a text message while I’m sitting on the couch saying “You have entered into an agreement.” The manager did a terrible job trying to defend the rep that he knows went into my account and added 2 lines and an iPhone 13 pro max to my account. The manager told me “oh wow, you better be careful, you don’t want them out there going to buy a car in your name.” Then he tells me the rep wasn’t in his store that day and probably selected the wrong store when cashing the person out. Then proceeded to tell me the ID was scanned for the transaction 🤨 The LIES they will tell at a dealer store. I have an out of state DL. Moral of the story…. Stay away from Authorized Dealer stores and go to your local Corporate store. They’re always trying to get over or do sneaky stuff on your account. You’ll see it on your bill later. I’m still waiting on the DM to call me from a week ago but the manager probably never passed that message along.

Went in on Wednesday to have Sim cards swapped to the t mobile network. Omar was a great help and got us up and running in no time!! Great customer service!
