Boss Evan is a laid-back guy that has a lot of good advice and experience with fish. The rest of the staff are good dudes as well.

My son and I are in there every weekend getting our water tested because I’m a beginner. Kevin and Evan are amazing. Not only are they great with fish advice, they are now our go to for reptile and amphibian care. Better than my vet. We are grateful for them!

Great selection for fish first off ... just wayyyyyy over priced fish that sell for $5 -$10 at petsmart petco are being sold for $60+ here I understand mark up but wow... I know people going to say it's a quality fish etc. Not when the fish has ripped fins & beat up. I offer to trade in my Oscar's (2) full grown 14"(showed them a pic not even 3days old) to see what I'd get I was told $80 for both (not a piece but both) and only in store credit but they had 3-4 oscars half my size for $120-$130 a piece with ripped fins one almost didn't have a tailfin. The older owner wasn't as high. New guy I like what he's doing to the place & the newer spices but selling 1 everyday easy to get fish shouldn't be paying the light bill for the month. I go because I like to support & he have lager fish at times just now it'll be cheaper to fly to where the fish are scuba dive catch the fish & pay import fees & then place him in your tank my opinion

Call the store during business hours turtles must be 4” + to sell
We follow Gov Coopers/ Dr Fauci s recommendations. Masks, sanitizing surfaces, people with chronic coughs are asked to leave
The short answer is that it is illegal to sell turtles in North Carolina, you can however catch your own legally. We do not answer emails because of sheer volume of emails we receive. Call or stop by the shop with questions. We do not appreciate questions answered by non-employees. In this case both are totally incorrect answers. Good luck in your quest, Kurt.
They do have them somewhat regularly, I think around $4-6 each, but that may not be right. Best to call to check before you go.
Yes, though if it's a fish he has already it can affect how much he'll pay or if he'll want it at all.
