Do not come to the BioLife on Mercury boulevard in Hampton some of the staff members look like they don't want to be there very rude and said I couldn't donate plasma because one of my arms had thin veins which I never heard of before and why would you need both arms to donate plasma told me to try back in 30 days waste of time coming to this place an gas I never had this problem before at another plasma center

Susan did a really wonderful job today even though it's difficult for me to donate at times because it's scar tissue I love her back go Pittsburgh.

They seem to turn everyone away due to "pulse being too high", don't go here the other plasma centers go off "blood pressure", and will be a better bet. Biolife is a joke.

It is ILLEGAL to use the social security number of a patient/client to identify them when setting up an account. Can we say fraud and identity theft? Is this really cash, or is Biolife reporting the monies as earned to the IRS? Since Biolife demands a SS# why wouldn't they report the income to the IRS.
