Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! We were SO happy to adopt two cats here!

Prices too high..Only $60 for kittens @ SPCA & Jefferson Ave shelter..You would sell more if you lower your prices, so the poor animals would get a loving forever home.

We adopted Ralphie 12 years ago. Miss Betty delivered him to his forever home. We love all the staff members for their dedication.

Check with the Cat Corner off of Fulton Street in Hampton. I used to volunteer there. I can't recall if any cats that are declawed but you can ask. Normally having cats declawed is the worst pain to put them through and if they're already declawed when you get them you just got to hope and pray they don't get out because then they have no way to defend themselves.
Many local cities have a program for their citizens that qualify to get their pets fixed for free or greatly discounted. Please contact your local city shelter to see if there is one in your area. If not, here is a list of local low cost spay/ neuter clinics: www.thecatcornerinc.com/low-cost--free-spay--neuter
Visit www.thecatcornerinc.com to fill out a volunteer form.
Always call first and then wait for there answer. If it is after hours, leave a message and wait for there return phone call. Make sure that understand your situation otherwise you will be responsible to deliver to them. Other wise the next shelter is in Newport News. Ihope this helps you in some way. Ruth
No More Chasing Tails in Newport News. Off Old Courthouse Way. VERY reasonable. Website allows you to schedule apt online. Very satisfied. I have used the PETA TRUCK (Free for Hampton residents) and The SPCA also reasonable but difficult to get an appointment.
Most of the time they are full so you cannot just take a cat there because they would not have room for it and they would have to send it to another shelter. The best thing to do would be to go on their website at the Cat Corner Inc. Com or call them during their normal hours which are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 to 1
I would say have your toddler tested to make sure the cat is the cause. Sometimes chemical cleaners that are used in the house are to blame and not the fur baby. The reginal shelter on Jefferson avenue would probably take the cat. They have 3 cat rooms and not too many cats. But have your little one tested first
I know that they had a full grown siamese a couple of weeks ago. Please go to their web page. You can view the kitties that are up for adoption there. Thanks for your interest. I know they will be happy to meet you
Usually they get their cats from penninsula reginal animal shelter. Ones that are going to be eurhanized. You can always call them to see however
I dont handle that part of the shelter but will forward this message to the person that does. Thanks alot!
You will have to call and ask or go on their website. I am just a supporter. Good luck. Great organization
