I just recently moved into Stonegate Village and so far I love it! The staff is really friendly, maintenance responds pretty quickly to requests, and Matt (the leasing manager) has been so helpful with the whole move in process! Communication was a huge problem at my last place, but here I’ve had no issues at all! Glad to be a resident!

The pet deposit is $300. $100 of that is nonrefundable, the remaining $200 you get back at the end of your lease as long as there is no damage to the apartment caused by the pet.
