I have not been treated this rudely at a restaurant in a long time. My experiences at Taziki's are normally very good. This time, the counter employee was deliberately discouraging customers from ordering. We arrived over 30 min. before closing. His greeting to us was, "Just to let you know, all orders for the rest of the night are to-go only and we are out of potatoes and rice and won't be cooking any more." We were stunned. We were there for dinner. We did not want to eat in our car. I asked, if you don't close for 30 minutes, why would we have to get our food to-go? Taziki's employee of the month, "We are ready to go home. We have already cleaned up all of the dishes and don't want to mess up any more so to-go orders only." I replied that, in that case, our choice was to-go somewhere else, and we did.

One of the decent places for meditararian food options. Not crowded during weekends dinner. Polite staffs. Their veggie platter is a must try.

This is a hard review to write! Traveled to TN on business. Had the grilled shrimp (to go) last night which was amazing! Hot, tasty, and quick (10 minutes). Tried them again tonight and ordered the grilled chicken (to go). Longer wait, but more importantly, really dry chicken. Granted, chicken is hard to do well, especially for take out. But I couldn't finish it, it was just that dry. Take from that what you will. I would definitely order the grilled shrimp again. I likely won't give the chicken another chance. At least not for take out.

First time ever going to a Taziki's, and was pleasantly surprised. Got a grilled chicken sandwich (w/feta and onions) with roasted potatoes. Chicken was a 10/10. I probably would use a different bun for it, but a solid 9/10. Place wasn't that busy when going in 3:15pm on a Thursday. Staff was nice, place was pretty clean. You can leave trays on the table when you're finished. Lotta healthy options on the menu. Good place for a work lunch.
