Went during the Christmas lights, excellent set up and for a great cause! Santa's village had a petting zoo. The live stock looked well kept. Had a ferris wheel and other attractions.

COVID testing is a free drive through and Franktown Festival of (Christmas) Lights is a $25 drive through there. Not sure of any other drive through at the Williamson County Ag Center.
Have not been there since the last rodeo.
They do not have guest wifi. They have show wifi and that changes each show.
We contacted the event coordinator, this will be fine.
Sorry I can be of no help there. I did watch the lady taking pictures but don't know her name.
Check the Williamson County Parks & Rec website not the AgExpo, they are the sponsors of the event.
I was only on saturday and Sunday, it is over now .
It depends on the event, sometimes certain entrances will be locked to shift traffic through one particular area. Seating is basic arena style seating.
Was built initially as new indoor location for annual spring Franklin rodeo grounds (event coming up). Location is also used in and out for annual county fair, dog shows, large wrestling matches, local artist country music concerts, and numerous high school graduations, among other events.
