Positive: I was attending a conference at this hotel. It was easy to find and check in and check out ran very smoothly. Negative: Overall the room I had seemed to need a bit of the facelift. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff throughout. Attended a conference and everything went smooth from seating to sound and technology. Their breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious and reasonably priced. My only real complaint is that some of the room outlets are super loose and wouldn't even hold a plug.

I love this hotel!! Super clean. Excellent service. Great bar area. Shannon at the front desk is always so helpful! Rooms are large and renovated nicely with full showers and no tubs. I stay here 4-5 times a year and it is one of the most consistent hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was in the hotel industry for 20 years so I can appreciate how challenging it’s been the past couple for them. Highly recommend!!

No hot water even for loyalty members. Run down rooms with paint cracking, no toiletries in room. We are usually nice people. But after have our room on an upgrade floor changed to a standard floor in the hopes of having hot water, we were so tired that we went to bed, hinting he warm water would only improve after a few hours in the night, giving the hot water tanks time to refill adequately. At 5am, no hot water. 6am no hot water. Customer service failed to offer any compensation or refund for this failure to provide an acceptable level of hospitality that is expected from this chain, let alone what is expected of or their upper tier loyalty guests. Adequate plumbing is a baseline expectation. Running hot and cold water is baseline. How is it even acceptable to offer a full price room without this ability to provide a comfortable and clean shower. It is time to rethink my go-to hotel chain. This hotel company no chance to survive with such poor management and lack of customer service. I’m beyond disappointed.
