The customer service is excellent. Ms Mary was wonderful. We had a little family emergency and had to cancel a night. Not only was she understanding she accommodated us and made me assure everything was going to be okay. Upon arrival she was busy doing something, not only did she acknowledge us, she stopped what she was doing to assist us so we wouldn’t have to wait. She was so polite and jolly. She smiled the entire time checking us in. She made us aware of breakfast time, where the gym was and reassured us they had free WiFi. She was so sweet and made our stay truly pleasant. Can’t wait to go back and visit

Our stay has been amazing! Everyone is so nice and genuine. The breakfast is so good and has so much variety! Happy hour was our absolutely favorite! Shout out to Justin the bartender! He made our night! The pool was also so much fun! They let us dance around and just enjoy ourselves! We could not of picked a better hotel to stay at!

Very clean hotel with lots to look at. ! Our room was clean Check in was a breeze. The views from my room are gorgeous! Matthew was a pleasure to talk with! I wish there was an outdoor spot to sit. Breakfast was made to order., he was a great guy! Made us laugh. There was a lot of staff but I didn't see anyone wiping down tables after someone got up. To keep a clean and safe environment. An indoor/outdoor pool would be great! The pool is tiny and was so over chlorinated we couldn't stay in the room. So we couldn't even use the pool 91° and couldn't go to the pool really sucked as when we booked they said it had an outdoor pool. That's not true! The food in the restaurant was terrible, so that was a waste of 40.00! If your a drinker they offer free drinks from 5-7, I'm not a drinker so that really wasn't a bonus for me.

Love this hotel! Location is outstanding! Close to the interstate, restaurants, shopping and friends. Clean, large comfortable suite rooms, wonderful breakfast, with fresh, made to order omelets, fresh fruit, etc. Love the huge lobby with many gathering places for family and friends. Safe for COVID. Great communication via text regarding our stay! We ordered dinner, now serving… and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food, tastiness and quick service! Why would we consider staying any other place! Love it!
