I had been on the road all day. Got too tired to drive back to Lawrenceburg, decided to get a room. Took my clothes off, used the restroom. Flushed the toilet water begins to pour from the ceiling. I assume sewage!!! I flip out... feel nasty as all get out. Water all over the floor. I call front desk no manager on site. So unacceptable!!!! I scrubbed my arms In the kitchen sink and was so mad I was not tired anymore. The desk clerk said he would call me. I had enough for those 15 minutes of being there to last me until I decide to try them again. The clerk was unsure of a refund or a rain check. The sewer water left I bad taste in my mouth. Literally. Came home showered. Got up this morning and went and got a shot. Can we say shell shocked! Still waiting to hear from you all ...!!!!

We were in a bind and was trying to find a place to stay with our kids. We walked in and was greeted by Faith. She went above and beyond with getting us a room for the night and making sure a bigger room would be available and clean for us the next day. The hotel was clean and in a great spot.

Was very nervous about "roaches" or other bugs people have described in previous reviews but I didn't have a problem with that at all. Water got hot fast in shower/sinks and pressure was good. The bed was comfortable-ish. There are light blankets on it so a tip from me would be to bring an extra blanket or prepare to be messing with the AC constantly. Took a while for thr AC to work and kick on though and I did wake up with some sweat on me during my stay. Room was clean for being a 2-star hotel. Doors ARE facing the outside and I should have checked that before I booked because I was nervous sleeping at night because of this. There were no dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc, in the room and you have to ask the front desk for these items. Housekeeping only happens every 2 weeks so if you want it during your stay, I believe you have to ask for it. The toilet kept not flushing and I had to ask for a plunger which was annoying and embarrassing. Not even for a #2 bathroom break, just for a simple #1, I had to worry about it completely flooding. I got early check in but had to pay $45 extra for it when we got in at 8am from TX. In my opinion, if the room is open/ready and nobody else is on site, we shouldn't have to pay to get into the room early. Just a way for them to get a little extra money because as soon as I arrived and paid, a room was ready for me to go straight up (no wait). There isn't really a breakfast and I know it says "breakfast included with stay" but it's heat up Oatmeal packets, some granola bars, prepackaged muffins, and tea/coffee. It's a 2-star hotel so don't have high expectations for your stay. You get what you pay for. There is a lot of fast food and restaurant options near by as well as grocery stores to choose from so you can get things for the mini kitchen that's in the room. The employees were very nice though and I had no problems with them.

Positive: The location Negative: Dirty sock found by my service dog, television did not work & desk clerk hung up on me. 10 minutes later the manager called a d 45 minutes later I was able to lay down and try to rest. Not only was this a filthy hotel room, the staff wasted 2 hours of rest
