THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED! This place is absolutely filthy and a health hazard. I figured it was in Franklin so it had to be a decent hotel and boy was I wrong! My first room was 230 which had a very unusual smell. After looking around the room I realized that the air conditioner in the room above it clearly been leaking for a long time because there was black mold all over the ceiling. When I went down to the front desk the only other room they had available was 428. When I got to the fourth floor it smelled like Indian food, which I love in a restaurant but not in my hotel room. When I got into that room it smelled cleaner, but when I pulled the covers back on the beds the sheets were stained and disgusting. I could not get out of there fast enough. Then I grab all my stuff to go back out to my car and there are two guys (who seem to live there) standing under the tree next to my vehicle drinking beers and smoking a joint. So I pull my car around the back door and there’s a whole bunch of people that clearly live in the hotel that we’re sitting outside right outside the back door smoking cigarettes. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Sidenote, the guy at the front desk was very nice, and he deserves a better, cleaner work environment. AWFUL!!

I stayed in room 408, a two queen bedroom with two other people. The beds were clean from my inspection but that was the only good that came from my stay. The hallways have a funky smell. The mini fridge has light mold in it, same with the shower curtain. The walls are paper thin you can hear every detail from your neighbors conversation. They do not offer body soap and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was okay, the bagels were fresh and so was the cream cheese, although there were coffee grounds in the coffee. If you just need a bed to stay in for the night, it’s a good deal but don’t expect anything more.

We love la quintas, they tend to be our go to when traveling. This was not only the worst la Quinta I have ever stayed in but the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The good: 1) the guy at the front desk was so so nice. The bad: 1) this hotel is so run down. It looks like it was built, and then never touched again. Our sink was broken, the cracks around the door were so wide that it lit up our room all night, all of the furniture was so old and falling apart, and you could hear every noise in the entire hotel 2) it didn’t look like anything had been cleaned in years. The floor was disgusting, stains everywhere, it didn’t even look like it was vacuumed. The shower, was appalling. It wasn’t just our room the hotel smelled of old smoke, wet dog, and curry. All of the floors, walls, and elevator were hammered. Definitely don’t recommend staying here. It was awful.

Normal I don't leave bad reviews about a hotel given that I'm in the industry. Especially if it's something understandable but this room the, quality of the room is not good, at all completely needs to be renovated or at least Cleaned. I walked into the room and immediately check the sheets and sure enough there was some stains on the sheets. There's low staff dirtyness and there's I don't care about my job to do this. someone doesn't care. Front desks was helpful even though they gave us the wrong room they were able to fix it quickly. Pool although super warm (plus) could have been clean out. Hot tub was really hot which is awesome.
