The people at the front desk were very nice upon arrival . But as we were unpacking we noticed a large leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom area. It was all over the floor and vanity. We went downstairs to tell the front desk clerk and she said she will make note of it. The time my husband and I were getting ready we couldn’t get ready without water dripping on us. Very annoying. It wasn’t fixed during our stay . I ended up brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink, along with doing my hair and makeup at the dining table.

Joni at the front desk greeted us with such a friendly smile and kind words. Rooms were clean and location was on point. We only needed to stay 1 night as we were traveling back from Florida. Great experience. Thank you so much Joni for all your kindness!

Rooms are decent, kitchenette is very helpful. Hotel over all is Ok, average. Location is good. Staff is nice. I'm basing the 2 stars on the fact that the pool was GREEN the entire week we were there. Like couldn't see the bottom green. When you have kids who plan on swimming, that's a major disappointment. Mind you this is a hotel where girls stay to go to the American Girls store. I'd stay elsewhere when in Franklin again.

I booked this hotel for a weekend to knock out a backlog of work, interruption-free. The room was great and had everything I needed. It was also very clean and fairly quiet. The downside is that the fitness area was very small and there was no equipment cleaner. Another con was that one of the two elevators was out of service and it didn’t seem there was any plan for a repair the entire time I was there. This was a little inconvenient but not overwhelmingly. The location is close to so many conveniences and the breakfast is decent. I would definitely stay here again.
