When we first got here, we got told we could go any early check in, when we called after a long drive from our destination, they told us there was no early check in and due to the Co-VID 19 Pandemic there would be no continental free breakfast which would of been very helpful information getting told this booking our room prior. Anyways, the gentlemen was very nice and offered us a deal. Later, on in our stay we got a distributing knock on our door at 3 am, and then followed up later by a police officer. Long story short, the place is kind of sketchy and doesnβt seem secure. We also had found poop on the stairs sitting there for three days and it stank up the whole staircase. There was not a lot of lighting in the room, our phone did not work neither did our microwave. They have no on site laundry facilities either. Itβs a okay hotel for a quick night stay but nothing further for an extended stay. So unfortunately I was disappointed with my service. π

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and have had mostly decent experiences. This past time I stayed, Oct 5th, was not okay. The place is currently dealing with a bug problem. The hallways and windows are lined with bugs on the ceilings. Unsanitary and very noticeable. The far more important issue, I'm currently in a walking boot due to a severe lower leg injury. I was placed in a room on the 3rd floor despite the fact that they elevator was not working. (I've added photos to reflect all this). Repeatedly I had to trek up and down the steps and it was a major inconvenience. The hotel seen and acknowledged the boot, but there was no offer made to change my room or any other sort of accommodation. The location is okay, but it's getting to the point where the property needs a full renovation and I would really appreciate receiving my Wyndham Rewards points back as a result of the inconvenience and bugs and I experienced during my stay.

There's really nothing terrible or super exciting. The team members at the front desk were very polite and cordial. The price was good. The second floor has an unusual smell which in turn leaks into the room. The beds are a little too hard for my taste but not awful. All in all not bad.

This hotel was easy to find. Clean, staff was friendly. they have complimentary breakfast and cable TV plus a pool. We had a really nice 1 night stay in a king room. Our window had a good view of the woods. They also have snacks. We had a mini fridge and a microwave in our room.
