Re: ear cropping. Dont bother to ask for a longer show crop. Youll get a medium crop at best. I'd have preferred to keep the natural ears than look at these shorter ones that clearly look silly on my dogs larger head. Vet tech will quote you a price range for a surgical procedure. Understandable. When you call to check on your pet and hear all went well no issues but your bill is more than double. No thank you. I was sold different pills, multiple creams and ointments. What should have been a few hundred was close to 1k. All while admitting the procedure went great, no issues during or post op. So why so much more? The extras they make you buy. The lies of "I never quote that price" it's unacceptable. I won't go back. And unless you have deep pockets, there are vets out there with love for the animals, not the almighty dollar. The "free" follow up care isn't free either. These ladies are shrewd. Beware.

Typically an animal Hospital will squeeze in emergency cases. I called to get my puppy seen because he hadn't eaten 2 days and was weak. No turned out not parvo....they said they couldn't see him because they were booked out. Take the "hospital" off of your sign and web page.
