Love the pediatric neurologist that we see. She has been kind and patient with my son and listened to each of my concerns attentively. However the reception staff is unwelcoming apon arrival, very disconnected. Today I called 2x the first time was to discuss a follow up appointment following some testing. I felt the woman was rude and spoke to me like I was less than and to access the portal.... Trying to access the portal I was not able to set up the account. So I call again and get the same woman, Erin. I explained I tried to set up a account for my son. She snapped at me told me to call the portal company. Again I explain No he has never had a Portal . Again she snapped " well you need to fill out a proxy form" I said I wasn't sure if I had it has been some time since we've been in the office and could she please check his chart. In a very condescending tone she replied "it's a large form you would know if you filled it out" I asked for another representative who I'm sorry to say I didn't catch her name. She was much more helpful and she was able to check my son's chart for me. Y'all's staff needs some semsitivity training. Erin KNEW my son had a brain MRI today and as all parents would be a little on edge she was nothing short of rude.

I had an appointment with Dr. Price! He listened very patiently, provided me with a clear explanation and I understood very well. He cared about my concerns and explained the reasons for the pain, so I'm not worried anymore. He was very good and he explained everything very well so there is no confusion for me. I would definitely recommend him. ECU neurology center is one the best, the staff, nurses are very friendly, and on time. the waiting room is quiet and very nice.

Saw Dr.Frere today and he actually cares to listen to me. He seemed to be really determined to figure out why I keep getting migraines. Finally found a place that cares for me.
