It used to be so good here, I don’t know what’s going on or if maybe they’re stressed out but this is the second time on an order for two and I’ve missed out an essential piece of the meal and I’ve had to drive back across town to go and get it! Not good enough!

I have ordered from here for years and was shocked and the size reduction in the group soups. We have orded for the family and no more. The size now is 1/3 what it used to be and then they lie to you and say it has not changed. It used to big 2 containers in a holder in the bottom of the bag and now it is one smaller size. When I called them on it and pointed out 15 previous orders, I was the one wrong. Good bye Panara!I

I believe it's only like a 7 to 10 mile radius that they cover, currently. I could not get delivery to hospital either. But I think as more people do delivery the greater the area they will start to cover.
