This is the only restaurant I trust in Greenville for Covid safety. Having been a member of the local Pitt County Covid Concerned Citizens Group on Facebook I know that from the beginning they have done everything in their power to be safe. Even operating at limited capacity directly impacting financials. There have been numerous posts throughout the past 10 months (date of post 1/30/21) how they have faced challenges and are growing with the times. Try the take out... they have perfected the art!

Actually our dough has dry milk in it so it is not vegan. While Vegan dishes could be created either with a salad or pasta, we do not have any specific vegan offerings. Also as an interesting side note over 90% of wines use egg whites as a fining agent which I did not know until recently, rendering almost every wine not vegan friendly. So short answer we could create an interesting and delicious vegan meal for you, but sometimes, especially during prime busy times and Friday and Saturday nights, this may make take a longer than usual time or be unavailable as we would have a chef come discuss your meal options with you and this would sometimes not happen immediately.

It is Low Carb, but does contain brown rice flour as the last ingredient, so therefore the least amount used.. The main ingredients are cheese and cauliflower.

Amazing restaurant. My son works there and they get food there all the time and my family can say the same excellent all around, food, service, and very friendly.

We do not accept reservations. Typically for parties of four or less there is little to no wait. Parties larger than 4 can take longer to seat as expected, the wait can be quiye lengthy on Friday and Saturday for large parties. Large parties coming on Friday or Saturday are suggested to arrive by 5:30 or after 8:30 to avoid the longer wait times.
