Honestly so upset with this place. I normally go to bristol road in my lunch but they were closed due to flooding. I went up to court street on september 14th to cancel my membership because I can not tan at court street often enough to be worth it. At this time I was told Bristol rd would be opened the following monday so I said forget it and let the payment go through. I go to tan ON MY LUNCH today and get there and guess what? STILL CLOSED. Called court street and was offered nothing but to freeze the month I have already paid for. Sad thing is I need to tan here this month to get my moneys worth and cancel next month ai guess.

Girl there was rude to me and when I told her the fan that was in the bed wasn't working she acted as if I was stupid and just didn't know how to turn it on. After speaking to her she went to check and sure enough it was broken.. she didn't compensate for the issue and vomited on the floor from over heating and she just gave me some more towels to clean it up, never did see her mop
