Great service at this location. Officers were patient and they even greet you with respect and good humor. They stay busy for sure but I was in and out within 30 with appointment. Good visibility from the road and plenty of parking spaces.

The white woman with obviously dyed hair (violet blackish hair) did not wake up on the right side of the bed this morning. She had a nasty attitude, acting so snotty. I had to ask her a direct question bc she was so confusing. To need a written note from my parents to allow me to take my brother, you know I could forge that!! So why not take a phone call from them to allow me as a guardian. Stupid. Why can’t staff members be courteous? You making it uncomfortable with your attitude and energy, putting more pressure on teen drivers with your rude as*.

Very discouraging , I was told I should never be allowed to drive. I was told that I shouldn't even attempt and when I asked for the ladies name she wouldn't give it to me, she would only give me her last " Norris" . When she was explaining where I went wrong she was yelling it, that tone was very disrespectful. I will not come back here ever again, and I know it won't make a difference but I had a better experience in Greenville. I would give this no stars but.

No you can’t they will not even answer a question without an appointment
They also take walk ins. When you get there they ask you do you have an appointment if you tell them no they will make sure they get the appointments first as they show up.. Then they called the walk-in as they show up. Just get there early
They are taking walk ins.. but sometimes the waiting could be between one or two hours... This is for Motor Vehicles! Id's and Driver license they take appointments only...
