I got my very first tattoo here from Johnny. He was great at making me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. However I have had my tattoo less than a year and it has already faded tremendously. Long story short I reached out to the tattoo shop requesting to get another tattoo, filling out the form and sent reference pictures. They reached out to me telling me to send Johnny a message, and that he would be happy to do my tattoo for me. However, he never got back to me. Nice people but customer service is definitely not a priority here. It’s probably best I go to a different shop so my new tattoo doesn’t fade within a couple of months. Good luck.
