This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! Sam did my nails, and even though they were an hour from closing, she didn’t rush at all and she was so sweet. While the prices are a bit steep, you absolutely get what you pay for. My feet feel sooo relaxed and my hands are so soft!

Charged $35 for nail polish to be removed from 3 toenails. They weren’t fully polished, by the way. Lady doing my nails told me not to touch her. Keep in mind SHE’S DOING NAILS!! So how could you possibly not touch her hands! But took payment from hand with NO PROBLEM. Plus, was in there from 10am-1:30pm! For a full set and toenails polished!! Wasn’t busy and a lot of people came after me and left before me. Was about 3 people before me. Horrible customer service, go take your money elsewhere! Will not return

Waited an hour and a half at the pedicure chair for service. Was told to pick a gel color, they were out of the color I wanted. My feet had to be scrubbed after the sugar scrub & then she scrubbed them after the gel polish because there was still the same amount of callus as when I walked in. My gel looked like my younger sister did my toes & after telling her multiple times I wanted them square I still had rounded toe nails. This probably was one of my worst experiences and to top it off I paid $70 for this service .. money wasted. Will never return & will not be recommending this place to anyone. 0/5 stars if I could.

My wife took my daughter yesterday, one of the employees treated my daughter as if she didn't know what she wanted. My wife was not pleased, 🤬🤬🤬. My daughter had nails put on Wednesday past and two nails come off already. 😈😤👿👹
