DONOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE, by Jenny!! She has a very nasty demeanor & spirit! I got my lashes done on 9/17/22 & they started falling out the very next day on 9/18/22. I called on Monday to tell them & a Man working there said to come back on Tuesday- which I did. Waited 20 minutes on her to come out of the room. I was very nice & calmly telling her that my lashes came out- she then tells me that she will do them again for $20 more. I informed her that the Male that answered the phone stated that she would fix the problem & I shouldn’t have to pay another dime, being that I already paid $40. She yelled at me “Get Out!” I told her that I wasn’t going anywhere until my lashes are fixed or my money was given back to me!! That Heifer called the Police on me & I called on her. Karma is real & she will pay for what she did. Everyone is not gonna go for her attitude

I went to ask about the cost of a service and get an appointment, they were all rude, despotic, very unhelpful, even if they had the best quality, I would go there, the customer service is lousy

Horrible service when the owners are not there!! I’ve been asked to come back another day on several occasions because they were too busy. This is ridiculous. Gas is too high to be driving back & forth across town. I could have stopped at any salon but instead I came across town to give my business here. I asked for hot water because I’ve been soaking my feet for almost two hours. The lady tells me, “I don’t do pedicures.” Other customers had to yell at her and express that I was only asking for hot water. One of the ladies that does pedicures felt sick. She decides to go lay down in the back. The lady in the front kept yelling for her to come out. When she finally came out, she started yelling in their language grabbed her purse and stormed out!! Everyone was in disbelief. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They have gotten unprofessional and don’t appreciate folks business!! Oh, do something about those cockroaches!!!

I only go there to get my eyelashes and eyebrows done. They always do a great job and it takes no more than 15-20 minutes for both.
