My experience was average. Staff was polite and welcoming.I I'll go back if I don't have anywhere else to go. I wear my natural nails and came in with gel polish that needed to be removed. My nail tech used the drill to loosen the gel polish then had me soak. He also used the drill to file my natural nail. I was surprised because the place is called natural nail AND the front has a sign stating "soak gel removal". I had broken my thumb nail a couple of weeks ago but instead of asking if I wanted a tip he assumed I did. I had to tell him no. My dip looks okay but is thicker in some places. You have to really study it to know the difference. All in all I think this place is probably better if you're getting a full set vs. Working with your natural nails.
