We lived here for 14 months, neighborhood is fine. We had a brown recluse problem and AC constantly went out so having a baby (4 month old at the time) with these two issues is a major deal to us. All they did was give us sticky traps which don’t work with spiders on the ceiling. The maintenance man was very nice when he came by and so was the man who fixed a roof leak. Our dishwasher was also VERY moldy and when we asked if they’d clean it as they should’ve for a new tenant they told us no, so I had to scrub our dishwasher clean day 1 to even be able to use it. Office turnover is HIGH we talked to a new person who didn’t know the last person once a month, they lost peoples rent not once but TWICE. When it came time to leave we understood we’d have a couple fees here and there but not only did they charge over $500 the pictures taken by them to “prove” any damages weren’t even our own apartment!!! They didn’t acknowledge it and gave us the run around until we sent our video we took of the apartment once we left proving that it wasn’t even our unit they sent us. They brushed it off and said “oh I admit that wasn’t your apartment so we’ll lower the fee!” And we ended up paying only around $200 which we acknowledge for carpet cleaning and fresh paint (our futon left a mark on the wall) I just find it kind of sketchy to have sent us a list of charges with pictures of some unit we had never seen at all. Not a horrible apartment, price is kinda proud but it’s near Nashville so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Be prepared for Gates that work when they feel like it (they literally stayed open most nights, all night) Spiders AC going out occasionally New office people a lot Keep rent receipts for proof since they’ve lost some before And video and pics before you leave if you move out since they will try and show another unit entirely

Have a friend who lives here and it's a pretty sweet setup with easy to get around the complex and the gated community is nice.

We’ve lived here for about 6mths and I love it here. Office staff is nice and the grounds always look clean and put together. I love the privacy of our home and love living here.
