I like their food, but the service and attitude are poor. They put you on hold and forget you're there. People who work there are snotty to customers. Basically they have so many customers they don't care. If they lose a customer, they have plenty more. I ordered a full order of nachos deluxe and they sent me a half order. I paid for a full order and asked them to send another half order and they agreed and never showed up. They messed up an order and told me I could get a free one the next time I ordered. Then they refused to honor it when I called them. Often they forget to put in the mild or hot sauce. Delivery often takes 2 to 3 hours.

Trust the negative reviews! This place's menu is ridiculous! 6.50$ for small lunch specials full of veggies. Taco Bell has fresher ingredients. No crunch to the tacos. Beans used for substance. Extremely long wait time! Delivery drivers smell like pot. You can make 20 tacos for 15$ at home rather than 65$🤨

Amazing fresh food, kind of slow delivery, but very accommodating of food allergies. The prices online do need to be updated, but inflation has made everything more expensive so it's understandable that prices have increased. Still, excellent food. I think everyone needs to try Famous Taco :)
