Was kept on hold for over 30 minutes by pharmacy & then hung up on - twice. Terrible service to people in need on a weekly basis! I'm planning on finding a new pharmacy this place is so bad.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used before. They are open 24/7 which you would think would be nice but no they’re so short staff they can’t keep the drive through open. They tell you one thing so after standing in line for 15 mins you cant even get the script you need. They aren’t helpful. I have never been so upset before. This place needs a hard check into it. Will be reaching out to corporate because it’s just unacceptable

After using this pharmacy branch for several decades, I wont anymore. When I called them to complain about how they failed to fill a prescription or notify me of the situation...and then didnt even have it in stock....the pharmacy manager told me that since I was upset about this that I should take my business somewhere else. So I'm going to. He didnt understand or want to address the problem. The only reason for one star is because it wouldn't let me give them anything less.

Not only are they are out of the meds often I get attitude and “you’ll have to call around and find it....” This is the first Walgreens I have had issues with not to mention the staff were not even masked in the store or pharmacy. I will be moving my business to any other pharmacy in the area.
