Was trying to rent a tent for a work event. Gary explained that the tent "easily pops up and and can be set up by one person". I thought this meant it was a pop-up tent. I was wrong. Because what was delivered was a 3-4 person assembly stake tent that I had to send back. When I called Gary he laughed at me saying that the tent size I ordered was too big to be a pop-up. Not sure how I was supposed to know that without being told. Especially when he used the words "pop up" to describe it.. My expectation is that the person I rent equipment from would be the expert and I can rely on them to inform me on what I need and would be best for my event. I don't mind being told that I need a different product than what I thought but it was never brought up. Anyway, I'm on the phone with Gary and he said he could get me what I want but it would be double the price I was originally quoted. Unfortunately, I couldn't swing that big of a change last minute. To me it was a big customer service failure and a big set back for my event. The summary of this review is that if you know exactly what you want and can ask all of the right questions to make sure you get the correct product this company is a good fit. But if you are looking for high quality customer service and someone who will help you trouble shoot the idea and make recommendations go somewhere else. Hope this helps. Side note, the guy who made the delivery was very helpful and made sure that he hung out as long as he could to try and problem solve and even came back to pick up the tent later. I really appreciated him trying to help us figure out what we were going to do. It was more of an issue with unclear communication from a sales standpoint. Thanks!

I've rented from there before with no issues. But today I went there to rent a plate compactor and they closed early. I even called ahead of time and was told they close at noon today ) Saturday). Showed up at 11:46 at closed. No answer when I called either. Update: I called on the next business day and spoke with the owner. He misunderstood our conversation over the phone. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

Do NOT trust this place. I rented an auger from them once and it didnt even work properly. The owner made excuses and didnt even offer to make it right. Despite that experience, i went to them again a month later for a stump grinder. Was given the run around and an employee told me one wasnt available and that he couldn't put me on a list to reserve one until it was returned. I asked how many stump grinders did they have all together and he said only one and that it was already 2 days past due so he wasn't sure if it was stolen or not. I called 2 days later and spoke to the owner and he said the guy lied to me. It was another 2 days later that i was able to get stump grinder and the one i got, the belt broke 2 hours in to my 4 hour rental. They gave me another one and it worked well. I never received a discount for my troubles. All this happened back in September. This is now November which is 2 months later and i received a charge on my card from them. It stated Debit: Signature. So, someone there is fraudulently using my card and charging it. I will be filing a police report in the morning. Attached with this review is a screenshot of that charge. Its only $5.48 but thats because that was the remaining balance i had on the card. It looks like they tried charging more than that but my bank only approved $5.48 as that was my available balance. Do NOT trust this place at all. Police will be getting involved for credit/debit card fraud.
