Carolina Cove aka The Tides is awful! It was such a beautiful place to live at one point. Now the rent is ridiculously high for an old unit, as someone else mentioned no property staff means no pool or clubhouse usuage and for $1900+ in rent, I should not have to have an inspection like I live in low income housing.

Beautiful apt I rented while in Myrtle Beach. Quiet, area not far from the beach or attractions. Numbering system on the buildings could be better when arriving at 1 am, even number building's on both sides of the parking lot and very low visibility.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say 1. It is high crime and on Halloween a man knocked on our door and said Trick or Treat at 10pm. So we went to door with our guns and said who is it and he took off. The next day we found out he was trying to see if residents were home to break in. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The only good point is that you can walk to the beach.
