I was promised a prescription last night to be done by this morning. I called again this morning to make sure it was there, it was not, I asked them to fill it. 3 hours later I had to come in to ask them to get it actually ready. I now have to wait 10 minutes. There are tons of nonmasked people in this store.

Had 2nd covid vaccine scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 11th at 7PM. I got the text, arrived 15 min early, and went to check in. Pharmacist tried to tell me they are out of the vaccine and had none, and were not taking any appointments and had no appointments. Literally 15 seconds after, a guy came up asking to be checked in for his booster. All of a sudden, the pharmacist discovered the vaccine and was able to give me my second shot. This pharmacist is clearly sabotaging the vaccination effort. Corporate should be notified.

Recently purchased the Early Result pregnancy test which is the CVS brand and comes two per box and they BOTH FAILED. No results at all!. I called the store and because they were used they refused to refund or exchange their own product. Don't buy CVS store brand products and since the good items are overpriced there, I'm shopping elsewhere from now on.

We switched to using CVS pharmacy when CVS stopped selling cigarettes. Every person working in this pharmacy is knowledgeable, kind, courteous. They are so eager to be helpful and I have observed every one to be so respectful of all customers.
