Love this dental office! All of the staff were very professional, understanding, and welcoming. The best and most thorough dental exam I've ever had. Unfortunately, their services are more expensive then any other dentist in my area and I do not have insurance. If I had dental insurance, this would be the only place I would trust for my dental care. 4 stars instead of 5 because of cost.

Had such a pleasant experience at the Ypsilanti location. From my confirmation call from Ihsaan, to being greeted at the front desk by Haeley to the amazing Root Canal done by Dr. Halk and Mrs. Billie ( made me feel comfortable and the procedure took no time). Every was so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this office.

First off, I am the biggest baby and chicken when it comes to going to a dentist. The staff at Aspen Dental Ypsilanti office is amazing. There literally was nothing but friendliness. No judgment, no comments about how I have neglected my teeth. All they wanted to do was give me a healthy happy smile. They did just this. I had 16 extractions, a tori removed and was fitted for full dentures. Best decision I have made in a long time. I am so glad I did this! They are really good with folks like me. Thank you to the team that took such good care of me. Dr. Cheek, Dr Bussard, TJ, Andrew, Elizabeth, Jessica, Kristi, Eric, Stewart and Traya!!!!! Words cannot express my appreciation, but please know I am truly grateful.

Beware! Went in because I believed I had an abscessed tooth, they did a huge amount of x Ray, 3d imaging and after told me I didn't have one but needed to have a deep gum cleaning, over 2 days. Made appointments. In mean time I read reviews of this Aspen dental. One common complaint was about billing and hidden charges you may not notice. So I look at my estimated bill for the deep cleaning and there it was, they were going to bill me for an electric tooth brush at 135 dollars. They never asked if I wanted buy one even though I had told the hygienist that I was using one already. The total bill would have been almost 2,700 dollars, of which my insurance would have covered half, still costing me close to 800 dollars out of pocket, including the toothbrush they were trying to sell me. Dishonest company, I canceled my appointments and will go elsewhere. Now I am going attempt to get 200 dollar deposit back which they promptly withdrew the moment I walked out the door. Read reviews before you go and make to reviews cost line by line before getting anything done. Lesson learned.
