Purchased dishwasher on 5/30, paid for delivery, install and removal of old dishwasher. All was scheduled for 6/11. Dishwater delivered, but was informed we had to wait for another team to complete the install and removal. Over a week later we are still waiting. Customer Service has been unable to assist or even give us an answer. All fingers are being pointed at the 3rd party used. The closest we have gotten was from a store manager who has use rescheduled for 6/25 and was able to expedite to 6/18. 6/18 has come and gone and brand new dishwasher is still sitting uninstalled. This is for my MIL who uses a walker and is having to navigate around it. So disappointed in the lack of resolution.

At this location, there were no flat beds available for customers. However there were 20 or so with stuff piled on them for the workers, but no one was doing anything with them. Usually a good place to get mulch, if you can get a cart.

O-What A-Knife

I like this particular Home Depot. The Older Gentleman that stand at the front door is very welcoming. I walked in not knowing how to get to the items I needed and without hesitation the man said to me “ Hello welcome to Home Depot how can I help you find what your looking for.” So I informed him with my needs and he knew exactly how to get me there. This has been more than just a one time thing. He has helped me on more than one occasion. I hope Home Depot will keep staffing great people.

Was moving today and pleasantly surprised to see home Depot have so many supplies I needed all in one place! It was so organized and I got to buy a box for my 84" TV. Also I've never had a problem with them from my online pick-up orders. Never had to wait in line long either. Highly recommend this location if you need stuff.
