Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never ever in all of my life dealt with such incompetence. The “manager” came out of the back room laughing AT the woman who asked to speak to him and completely ignored/ disregarded anything she was saying. It was really difficult to watch. The little bald guy at the counter was just as unhelpful, idk if he’s just in a constant state of anger due to his lack in height and hair or if he was just having a bad day. I guess we will never know. But to the little (as in actually small in stature) jerk who works here. Please be nicer. It’s nice to be nice. ;)

Package attempted delivery at 5 am (what?) so said to get from warehouse. Google said hours were open. Go to warehouse and it’s not open. I find someone who gets me my package (thanks!) but package isn’t marked as delivered through Amazon. So I cannot return the package. I go to ups (closed for a 2 hour lunch, again not noted on official hours), so come back. Sean in front office says it was delivered so he can’t help me. Amazon says contact UPS, UPS says not my problem. Sean us rude, dismissive, and raised his voice at me twice and I had to tell him to not speak to me like that. I go to find the nice guy in the office who got my package before. Sean intercepts so I’m not able to get adequate help. Such continued inappropriate business practices and customer treatment at this facility.

The customer counter closes at 600 p.m. if you have prepaid packages or packages with ups labels already on them then you can park and walk into the bldg thru one of the doors, ( not the overhead doors) and drop them off that way with any ups employee. If you need a cart they are also available.

You have to fill out a International form and chose 3rd party billing and put there account number in there. Also you need paperwork with the value and contents.
Hi Karen, maybe you shouldn't be tailgating the truck, then the no brake light situation wouldn't be such an issue. Also this is a customer center store, you should be calling a distribution facility... You know... Where the trucks are actually come from.

Yes you can purchase boxes there. Depending what you need to ship, you can ship cheaper at USPS with free box for a flat fee regardless of weight with their priority box shipments.
