So glad we decided to stop in today for our first (of many) visits to Omaha Steaks! Both Jennifer and Lori went above and beyond to make our first visit very welcoming and helped us to pick out a few very delicious add ons, nothing like you would experience with a typical butcher. We will absolutely be returning to this location!

I just called them a few minutes ago. The female who answered just says "hello ?" , like i was calling a residence or something- I said " is this Omaha steaks ? " and she actually hung up on me . This is a business ? Might be a thought to answer with " thank you for calling Omaha Steaks * or hello you have reached Omaha steaks , etc. I double checked the number and called back, got the same female - I had indeed called Omaha steaks- not that you'd know it by the lack of phone etiquette . Very unprofessional. I'll shop somewhere else. Meh
