I think they charge $10 just for the battery... or it's $29.99+tax for a lifetime battery, in other words for as long as you own said watch

Have a problem with the pin that holds the leather band on,the pin it seems is falling out maybe the pin is worn out or maybe the hole that holds the pin in on the watch is not fitting correctly a hopefully it can be fixed

Yes, pins wear out overtime, it can be replaced. You may also have a tear in the leather that is making the pin fall out in which case you would need to replace the leather band. Fast Fix does both of these repairs.
