What a joke, I guess if you're not the right color, you're treated with stupidity and disrespect. I went there to inquire about a timepiece and security followed me and my little daughter throughout the store, when I bought the timepiece, I became their friend. When I went there a few years later to inquire about selling my timepiece was offered a price which was 80% less than the purchase price, even though the price of the timepiece had increased 30%. Never again, will not recommend!! Thanks, for reaching out, as per my recent conversation with management, until you can justify an 80% decrease in a luxury watch that's in great condition with no scratches and offers 2x your amount, I'm staying clear of this store. You stated that your store doesn't have not one of my watches with a waiting list of 6 months and possibly over a year. I absolutely see why!! Never again, will not recommend!!

I left my watch there to be repaired. It took a long time, but it looks BRAND NEW. The people at Peacock are so helpful and give a feeling that they really want your business!
