Horrendous. Unable to get through to the office to cancel an appointment, including through the app! Initially,, spent 5 hours on the phone, including an additional 4 days and Several HOURS, attempting to cancel. My relative received a message " confirm so you don't get bumped". The office staff is RUDE- Completely unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

I love Dr. Shira Eytan. I will follow wherever she goes. I'm a terrible patient but she holds me accountable in a non judgmental way. She is kind and professional.

Dr. Eytan and Jordana are the dream team. They have helped me manage a few conditions and are always willing to listen and work with me on my concerns. I had seen 3 other endocrinologists before coming here and I have now been with them for a few years. The office staff isn't the greatest, but the nurses are always kind and gentle. I get labs published usually the next day in the patient portal!
