Yes you can stop by to get a battery installed without an appointment. They might not be able to fit you in after 5:00 since they close at 6.

My experience has been that Dealerships charge a diagnosis fee. Some specialty transmission shops charge a similar fee but subtract it from the fix it costs if done at that shop.

I think those are usually 100,000 mile warranties, not 100% sure though. Ford warranty department can probably help you out with that question though
Don't know of they can laser cut keys, but they are closed on Sundays.
Call the dealership and ask how much also call a car key shop Columbus has many specifically there is one in Eastland Mall that's pretty reasonable
