This hotel is a joke they dont want to clean the rooms staff are extremely rude and intruceive I mean it's a let down to the Hilton name

Dreadful experience. Rooms are not serviced and if you run out of towels and toilet rolls you have to go to reception to ask for. I was told by manager that 5 day servicing was the industry norm. This is not the case. I stay at many other hotels across the US. This is the ONLY one that didn’t inform me at checkin that rooms would not be serviced. What next? Do we have to ask for how many sheets of toilet paper we need to help Hilton cut costs?

Good hotel, full most of the week I was there. Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean breakfast was pretty good. Pool and workout room were clean. I was on the first floor so it was a little noisy at times but nothing terrible. Parking was plentiful. Overall a nice stay. Very accommodating. Would stay again.

Wanted to love this place on the surface when you walk in you think your getting what you paid for but.......what you really get is someone else's DIRTY ROOM with the beds remade. 1. There is zero reason I should have to do anyone else's dirty dishes and have other peoples trash in the trash cans upon checking into my room. I was told they must have forgot. 2 . I get covid but drop essentials off at the door if your not servicing the rooms and cleaning supplies since clearly your not actually cleaning. 3. Pool is DEFINITELY NOT HEATED AND HAD FILM ON IT LIKE IT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. WE WERE IN AND OUT BECAUSE IT WAS COLD AND GROSS. 4. This place is so noisy one would confuse it for a dog kennel and not a hotel. When I brought my concerns up the lady whom I had to call at check in (because she was on her phone instead of doing her job at quarter of 6 at night) it was blown off . 5. There is mold in the breakfast area this is something I would expect from the motel 6 down the street or less not something I am paying 200+ a night for. I also understand hotels are noisy but this one is ridiculous and the place is not kid friendly. We love Hilton but won't be back here ever again. Oh nothing like packing your room with a 21 month old at 9 pm because you have to go drop more money on a different hotel because the one you paid over 400 for 2 nights is more like a flop house. oh and fyi I was offered ZERO for these issues. But they were sure to grab my card at check in for incidentals. Lol hey what happens if the room is cleaner when I leave then when I arrived? I will be calling corporate about this in the morning because this is ridiculous 😒 🙄
