Nice clean hotel. Stayed in a King Suite which had a tiny kitchenette with a refrigerator (larger than most hotel refrigerators), a sink, plates and utensils, and a dishwasher. Coffee maker present. A small desk and a small wardrobe. Right in the middle of a Bellvue shopping center so you could walk to various stores (clothing stores, petsmart, ect.)and a movie theater. Has an indoor pool and the lobby has a wall of items that you can grab on the way to your room if needed (more coffee creamer and whatnot). Only stayed one night since I'm in for business but would stay again if I needed to.

UPDATED So first of all, I've stayed at this particular location a couple of times now with fairly average results especially during the pandemic... Booked a room with the intent of getting a quick bit of no hassle rest with my family with at least some semblance of what you would expect from a hotel from the Hilton family. Not this time. Got up to the room and not only did it seem as if the beds hadn't been turned down (sheets loose and ruffled duvet) but much to my wife's dismay when getting the bed ready for the kids there were some stands of hair that were graciously left for us by the cleaning staff. We decided to check the other bed and lo and behold they gave us a two for one deal! Both beds were absolutely laden with hair from a previous guest. I promptly went to the lobby to inform the overnight attendant about the situation and ask about getting replacement bedding sets. She was kind and understanding which I do appreciate. She informed me that I should be able to speak with the manager in the morning to appropriately compensate for the situation. Update: I was compensated for my night's stay by the manager who was very apologetic about the situation. It's nice to see that there are still some establishments that will ensure things are fixed one way or another. Boosted service by a star for the gesture.

I recently stayed here the week of 5/6-8/22. 1st and foremost the staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and patient (nuff said ;). Soooo.... I had originally booked my my hotel on a 3rd party site, according to my reservation my room was supposed to be one thing however the computer at the hotel had something else. I wasn't aware of that until I arrived to the room that was originally assigned to me.. I went back downstairs to let the hotel staff know there had been an error with the room type. I was assigned a wheelchair accessible room which is not something that I needed, nor did I want to take that away from someone who did. I showed the hotel staff what I had on my reservation and it did not match up with what was in their system. The manager that was on shift at that time quickly assigned me the room that was listed in my original reservation. Which I'm sure wasn't an easy task due to a Girls soccer tournament That was going on and seemed as if the hotel was close to being sold out this particular weekend. Kudos to the hotel manager for helping me quickly and sending me on my Merely way. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the noise that was extremely loud in the pool area and also the the loud stomping(in the room above us), walking hard and running up-and-down the hallway. 🙏🏾Thankfully 🙏🏾it didn't go on all night. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was wonderful as well .The Lady was able to keep the breakfast area stocked and filled with plenty of options. If I had the chance to go back I definitely would all along praying🙏🏾 that there is no soccer tournament going on that weekend. 😬

We stayed at this hotel for an anniversary/get away weekend. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. When we arrived and opened the door there was the smell of Lysol! The Hospitality was great from check in to check out. The only downside were the pillows they were extremely flat and uncomfortable. Recommendation if you have a special pillow at home bring it if possible! The location is perfect only 15 minutes from downtown, nice malls and restaurants. Shopping and nice restaurants with outside dining within walking distance. This is a fairly new development and with COVID hitting the progress has probably been slower with new businesses being added.
