Terrible Management. Female stor manager was SUPER impatient with a customer who was very very calm. Could not pull up the right part. Had to have her Assistant Manager take over because she could not handle it. When it was my turn I got a VERY nice younger man that was helping me. He apparently accidentially printed out a little piece of paper for a Core exchange for the customer before me. The Store manager interrupted my interaction with the young man to berate him at length. I asked her if she could wait with the berating till after I was finished with my purchase, I hate seeing employees get berated on the floor. Talk to them in private. Store manager started yelling at me that "No she would not, and that I could leave". The assistant manager told me to "Mind my own business"

Reana assisted me today with excellent customer service. She reassured that my issue was simple and provided good customer service skills. She went above and beyond. After we resolved one issue she made sure that there were no additional issues that may hay been linked. During these times that we are living, good customer service is rare. Thank you Reana!

You can replace battery as often as needed in the original warranty period. You paid for a specific warranty period. Warranties only start over when you PAY for new battery. Not when swapped for free. Free swaps is like two for one battery purchase.
