You can replace battery as often as needed in the original warranty period. You paid for a specific warranty period. Warranties only start over when you PAY for new battery. Not when swapped for free. Free swaps is like two for one battery purchase.
Let them test the battery and if it tests bad, they should replace it. There may be a slight pro-rated charge.
