Went there with my daughter to get new fish for her tank and other things. We felt like we weren't welcome there! No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help and when we asked someone he told me ok when I finish what I am doing (he was stripping some wire) then pointed at a girl and said ask her. We asked her for help and you would have thought we asked her to walk a tight rope! I asked her if they had a product I needed and she said if we have one it would be up there and pointed to the front of the store, not let's go see if we have that or I'll show you where they would be!! Very unwelcoming place to be if you ask me!! If I owned a small business I would be at least greeting my NEW customers and asking them if they need assistance! I was also looking into spending a good bit of money on a big fresh water tank but I'd rather go somewhere where they value their customers not make them feel like their a bother!

Well I wish there was an experience! I arrived for my first time at this location and they have a sign up saying open by appointment only I'm so confused is this a retail store or not they have good reviews but I dont know how if they are not open to the public I'm assuming they are going out of business...... I tried to give a ring with no anwser. DISAPPOINTING
